Abdulla is a Guest service and Government Relations professional with 19+ years of experience across the banking, finance, and healthcare industries.
At CHSC, Abdulla heads the Guest Service Department. Previously, he headed the Government Relations Division at Al Hilal Bank, where he was a member of the bank's Executive Management Credit Risk Committee and established and expanded the division. He has also worked as a Senior Manager at Al Hilal Bank and as a Branch Manager at ADCB and United Arab Bank.
Abdulla holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance & Banking) from Al Ain University for Science and Technology in Abu Dhabi, a High Diploma in Banking from the Emirates Institute of Banking and Financial Studies in Abu Dhabi, and has completed the UAE Government Executive Leaders Program in 2019 from H.H. Prime Minister’s office. He also holds a diploma from Duke University, London. Abdulla is a member of the Environment Friends Society and an associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
